Complete and submit this form (below) if you are interested in purchasing an ISIC card.
Additionally, please submit the following items to the IPS office:
- $22 cash or check (checks payable to Michigan Technological University in US dollars)
- Passport-size photo. You may request your Tech Express photo be submitted to the Study Abroad Office, ips@mtu.edu, bring a photograph to IPS, Room 131, Administration Building, or submit electronically ips@mtu.edu, include your full name
Notice to Students
To qualify for your International Student ID card, you must be currently enrolled as a full-time degree seeking student. Once you receive an e-mail confirmation that your card is ready you may pick it up from the IPS Office at your convenience. The ISIC card is valid 1 year from date of purchase. Coverage will be effective the date of issue.
