Complete and submit this form (below) if you are interested in purchasing an ISIC card and bring $22 cash or check (checks payable to Michigan Technological University in US dollars) to International Programs and Services (IPS), 200 Administration Building.
To qualify for your International Student ID card, you must be currently enrolled as a full-time degree seeking student and request your Tech Express photo be submitted to the IPS (for ISIC card).
Once you receive an e-mail confirmation that your card is ready, you may pick it up from the IPS Office at your convenience.
