The required components of an application are as follows:
1. Complete and submit undergraduate online application. The student’s current and complete home address must be included on the application form, including postal code. Mailing address may be that of the agent or sponsor to whom documents will be sent.

2. Copy of picture page of passport.
3. Certification of Finances form and recent, official bank statement or notarized or certified letter of support from sponsor. Both should be dated no more than 12 months prior to initial enrollment term. Cost information is on Certification of Finance Form.
4. Proof of English proficiency.
5. Please include list of MTU courses for which you have been advised to register, with alternates.
