Welcome to the Humanities at Michigan Tech, where many disciplines converge to provide a broad-based and innovative education for our undergraduate students and where our Masters and PhD programs in Rhetoric and Technical Communication have been recognized nationally for more than two decades. We take pride in our interdisciplinary breadth and in our ability to integrate theoretical and practical knowledge. Humanities students at Tech enjoy the most up-to-date classroom and studio technology whether they are taking production-oriented courses such graphic design, digital imaging, or web design, or more traditional courses in language, culture, philosophy, and writing.
