Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Eligible faculty and staff, and their spouses and dependents, have free access to up to 4 counseling sessions from Northstar EAP. Their website also has links to helpful information. This service can help manage issues that may be impacting your personal and work life. Areas of expertise include stress, depression, family and marital issues, work relationships, alcohol and substance abuse and grief. Confidentiality is maintained in accordance with privacy laws and professional ethical standards. The University will not be notified when EAP services are requested or used.
