Early Arrival and Late Departure
Summer Track B 2013 Late Departure: The residence halls will close for summer track B students on Saturday, August 17 at noon. Late departures are permitted with advance approval only. The charge to depart late after noon on August 17 is $20 per day. Late departure requests should be submitted online using the late departure form. Permission must be granted at least 1 week in advance for summer track B late departures.
Fall 2013 Early Arrivals: The residence halls will open for all fall 2013 students on Saturday, August 24 at noon. Meal service in the dining halls will begin on that date. Early arrivals are permitted with a valid reason and with advance approval only. New domestic first-year students should plan to arrive on August 24 and 25. International students and returning students may arrive as early as 10am on August 19 with advance approval. The charge to arrive early before August 24 at noon is $20 per day. Early arrival requests should be submitted online using the early arrival form. Permission must be granted at least 1 week in advance for early arrivals.
