Spring 2013 Late Departures: All non-graduating students in Hillside, Wadsworth, DHH, and McNair will depart from the residence by noon on Saturday, May 4. If you will be departing after Saturday, May 4 at noon, or if you will not be leaving on time, please go online to complete a late departure notice. Graduating students may depart one day later at no additional charge on Sunday, May 5. Graduating students also need to complete a late departure request online. The charge to depart late is $14 per day. This charge will be added to your online student account. The deadline to request a late departure online is Wednesday, May 1.
Summer Track A 2013 Early Arrivals: The residence halls will open for summer track A students on Saturday, May 11 at noon. Meal service in the dining halls will begin on Monday, May 13 for summer track A. Early arrivals are permitted with advance approval only. The charge to arrive early before May 13 is $14 per day. Early arrival requests should be submitted online using the early arrival form. Permission must be granted at least 10 days in advance for summer track A early arrivals.

Fall 2013 Early Arrivals: The residence halls will open for all fall 2013 students on Saturday, August 24 at noon. Meal service in the dining halls will begin on that date. Early arrivals are permitted with a valid reason and with advance approval only. New domestic first-year students should plan to arrive on August 24 and 25. International students and returning students may arrive as early as 10am on August 19 with advance approval. The charge to arrive early before August 24 at noon is $20 per day. Early arrival requests should be submitted online using the early arrival form. Permission must be granted at least 10 days in advance for fall early arrivals.
