Daniell Heights Living Guide
Welcome to the Michigan Tech Daniell Heights Apartments, a community that values family, friendship, and personal success.
In 1960, Michigan Tech established Daniell Heights to better serve the University’s housing needs and meet the demands of its students. Since then, thousands of students, faculty, staff, and their families have called Daniell Heights home.
The nature and quality of your living environment play an important part in your Michigan Tech experience. In planning, staffing, and operating our apartments, we seek to meet your needs in every way possible and, with the Apartments' Residence Council, offer additional amenities that make the Daniell Heights apartments a great place to live.
Through opportunities for cooperative living, social events, and self-government, we strive to provide comfortable, quality housing for students, faculty, and staff and to build a community atmosphere that complements a Michigan Tech education. The quality of your life here depends upon your ability to join others in a cooperative community, to live by a few guidelines, and to treat others with respect and consideration. By reading the Living Guide, you can learn ways to make your time here enjoyable for both you and your neighbors.
