Thank you so much for making your reservation to stay with us. We look forward to seeing you for ISSRM 2016.
When you arrive on campus, you will be able to temporarily park in lot 15. Please
come inside to the Wadsworth Hall reception desk to pick up your check in packet.
All ISSRM guests will be staying in either Hillside Place or Wadsworth Hall residence
halls. For driving directions to campus please visit our Campus Map page.
Rooms are available to rent in either Wadsworth Hall or Hillside Place. Linens will
be provided for you to make your own bed. A towel is also included. An access card
will be provided for building access. If you choose to stay in Hillside Place, you
will need to indicate the names of your suitemates. You will need to fill all 4 bedrooms
in the Hillside Place suite.
Guests will be assigned rooms on the Michigan Tech campus at the discretion of the
Housing and Residence Life department.
Please leave rooms in the same condition as found. Excessive cleaning fees may be
applied at the rate of $20 per hour. Michigan Tech campus housing is a smoke free
environment. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the room.
One key will be issued for each bedroom. There is a $75 fee for each lost key.
Cancellations prior to May 15, 2016 receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds after May 15, 2016.
Room Types
Accommodations:
Each Wadsworth Hall double occupancy room will have:
- 2 extra long twin beds (The beds will be in a lowered position, not lofted.)
- 1 linen pack per registered guest: 1 pillow, pillowcase, 2 flat sheets, towel, washcloth, and blanket
- 2 desks with chairs 2 dressers
- Cable connection (Television and coaxial cables are not provided)
- Wi-fi internet access is available to all guests
- Guests are encouraged to bring their own personal fans for their own comfort.
All beds will be in the lowered position as seen below.
Accommodations:
Each Hillside Place suite will have:
- 4 private bedrooms which will each include
- 1 extra long twin bed (The bed will be in a lowered position, not lofted.)
- 1 linen pack per registered guest: 1 pillow, pillowcase, 2 flat sheets, towel, washcloth, and blanket
- 1 dresser
- Cable connection (Television and coaxial cables are not provided)
- Wi-fi internet access is available to all guests
- 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen
- Guests are encouraged to bring their own kitchen utensils if they plan to use the kitchen space.
