Short-term apartments are available on Michigan Tech's campus, within the Daniell Heights living community. These apartments are conveniently located and provide most amenities that a resident will need during a short stay.
Deluxe Suites
The Daniell Heights Michigan Tech Apartments offer well-maintained, furnished, affordable, one- and two-bedroom deluxe suites for guests of Michigan Tech employees or residents of our apartments, and for participants of various programs sponsored by Michigan Technological University. These suites are just minutes away from the main campus and indoor recreational facilities, as well as cross country ski trails and the golf course.
Suites are beautifully decorated and priced to suit your pocketbook. They also include everything you need for your stay, including many extra items. Our suites are worry-free for maintenance or service, as both are provided.

Basic Suites
Basic suites are available May 20 through August 7 and availability is based on a first-come, first-serve application. Apartments are located just a short distance from both main campus and the Student Development Complex. The apartments are furnished with the "basics only." Items such as table lamps, blankets, towels, and cooking and eating utensils need to be brought with you. However, we can provide you with additional amenities for a small fee. As with all of our apartments, we provide comfortable living at a reasonable cost, conveniently located in a caring community.
