Family Area Rental Contracts
These are given to all faculty, staff , married graduate and undergraduate students, single parents, and students who are senior status or 21 years old. This annual contract must be renewed every March for the next school year and takes effect May 11. Summer extensions are permitted with permission from the assistant director of apartment housing and life.

Single Student Group Rental Rates
These are given to unmarried students living in groups in the Daniell Heights Single Student Group area. Under this contract one, two, or three students may live in a one-bedroom apartment and two, three, or four students may live in a two-bedroom apartment. This is an eight-month contract, running September through April. However, residents may occupy the apartment as early as August 20 and as late as May 10. Residents may recontract for their apartment each February for the next academic year. Summer contracts (May to August), which may include a special rental rate for continuing residents, are granted as well.

The effective date of these rates will be September 1, 2009.
Contracts for the 2009–2010 regular academic year will be written to cover the period from August 20, 2009, through May 10, 2010 (single student group residents only). Single student area rent is billed in eight equal payments.
Damage charges will not be made against the $100 University Continuing Enrollment Deposit. However, charges for nonpayment of rent due, and the $200 termination fee for not fulfilling of contract will be billed by University Account Department directly to the residents involved. Refund of Continuing Enrollment Deposit will not be withheld due to outstanding housing damage charges.
