Michigan Tech Fund Toolbox

The Michigan Tech Office of Development provides philanthropic fundraising for Michigan Technological University. The following information is available as a fundraising "toolbox" that the department can offer to assist colleges, schools and departments in their fundraising efforts.

Summary of Services

Alumni Relations:	Assist in creating academic groups within HuskyLink, the University's online community, to provide a forum for exclusive communications with-and between-alumni and students of a particular college or department. Provide an online event registration service through HuskyLink and assist in communicating event information to alumni and friends. Supply packages of Michigan Tech alumni gear, (pens, pins, decals, etc.), for distribution at events and to alumni visitors on campus. Offer opportunities for departments to communicate with class reunion attendees in advance of the Alumni Reunion held each August. University Marketing & Communications:	Maintain the University's image and reputation. Produce print publications and websites that support department needs and are consistent with the University's identity. Promote University activities and the accomplishments of faculty, staff, and students in variety of internal and external publications and news outlets. Provide custom copying and printing.
