Candlelight Vigil, Funeral Scheduled
The Phi Kappa Theta fraternity will hold a candlelight vigil and prayer ceremony for Andrew Maas at 10:37 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, in front of the burned house at 1301 Ruby Ave. All members of the MTU community are invited.
Funeral arrangments are being handled by Dykstra Mulder Funeral Home, 188 West 32nd St., Holland, MI 49423. Visitation will be Friday, August 16, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 17, at 11 a.m., at the Calvary Reformed Church, 995 East 8th Street, in Holland.
Memorials may be sent in Maas's name to the Houghton/Hancock Fire Department Fund and the Holland Hospice.
Note: Three Dykstra funeral homes are located in the Holland area; anyone planning to attend the visitation is asked to be mindful of the "Mulder" funeral home and its address.
