9.6.8 Scheduling of Rooms

Classroom reservations for evenings and weekends are maintained in the Registrar's Office.  You may submit your request using the online room reservation system.

Room reservation requests must be submitted at least one day in advance to ensure Public Safety and Police Services and Energy Management are notified.

Due to heating considerations, Fisher Hall is the primary facility used after 6 p.m. and on weekends. Lecture halls and large classrooms in the Chemical Sciences and Engineering Building (CHEM-SCI), Dow Environmental Sciences and Engineering Building (DOW), Electrical Energy Resources Center (EERC), R.L. Smith Mechanical Engineering-Engineering Mechanics Building (MEEM), and Minerals and Materials Engineering Building (M&M) are available for larger events with priority given to evening exams.

Room reservations for the full semester will not be taken until all classes have been assigned rooms.
