Green Fleet
Of the seventy University vehicles maintained by Fleet Services, 20 percent of those vehicles are part of the Green Fleet.

Types of Services
Michigan Technological University manages a fleet of safe and properly maintained vehicles. Forty-seven vehicles are available for rental by full- and part-time faculty and staff members for official University business. Students or guests may also be assigned a vehicle when it is to the advantage of the University.

Delivery Charge
There is a delivery charge of $15.00 (each way) of vehicles to the airport for departing/arriving Michigan Tech guests and employees. This charge will be added to the account of the rented vehicle.
Pickup Schedule
Vehicles may be picked up Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Facilities Management Building, room 101. Vehicles reserved for holidays must be picked up the day before the holiday. Vehicles reserved for weekend use must be picked up the Friday before the start of the weekend.
