Step 2: Education
As a campus community, we can work together to guarantee a harassment-free educational and working environment. To ensure that Michigan Tech staff are aware of campus policies and legal obligations required in a harassment-free environment, we made these training materials available for you to read and study, followed by a 14 question quiz to test your knowledge.
According to Michigan Tech's policies, "there is no place for discrimination and/or discriminatory harassment," and these materials will provide you with the necessary definitions, scenarios, resources, and strategies to understand your roles and responsibilities.
Completing the training material and quiz should take 10 to 15 minutes each. Upon successful completion of the quiz, you will have the opportunity to print a certificate of completion. Please send the completed quiz to the Institutional Equity Office via mail or email. We can then document that you have completed your training.
