- Leads a thriving team of seven areas with over eighty staff members in the departments of Admissions, Career Services, Financial Aid, International Programs and Services, the Center for Pre-College Outreach, University Marketing and Communications, as well as the Student Affairs Information Systems.
- Pilots the vision, development, initiation, and realization of the University’s comprehensive enrollment plan.
- Works to develop a student-centered, culture of care ethic among student service personnel.
- Assists Student Affairs in realizing its mission and vision.
