Schedule a Videoconference

Request a videoconference at least two weeks in advance.

E-mail videocon@mtu.edu with:

Name, phone number, and e-mail address of person requesting the videoconference
Name, phone number, and e-mail address of the contacts at the remote site(s)
Date, time, length, and title of conference
Number of people expected to attend at each site
Michigan Tech account number or billing invoice address
Conference technology requirements: video playback, PC display, room layout, etc

$60.00/hour for non-Michigan Tech accounts

Videoconferencing at Michigan Tech

Michigan Tech supports H.323 (IP) conferencing, and web-based video conferencing. Our Lifesize High-Definition videoconferencing system, lifesize.com, provides clear video quality and multimedia sharing between endpoints.
