For StudentsYouth Programs will partner with the Center for Diversity and Inclusion and IPS to provide diversity training for its hired staff.The Center for Diversity and Inclusion and IPS will provide training that focuses on: training staff how to handle situations that involve cultural differences, how to work with our young participants in helping them understand and appreciate cultural differences, and provide staff members with a background of the cultures of the international students that have signed up for our programs so far.Steve Patchin, Cody Kangas, Rachel Meisenheimer.!-- timeline              -->Summer 2011 activitiesActivity built into existing University supportActivity built into existing programming, support and population served is variable
