For Faculty1.  Address ethnic underrepresentation of faculty.

Grad recruiting support from grad school 
For StaffBe sure staff understand diversity issues.Encourage staff to participate in educational and training programs.Chair   Staff diversity is unlikely to change much because turnover is low. Staff already respond well to diverse environment.
