First-year students who receive the Tech360, Wade McCree, or Detroit Compact scholarships are invited to attend Scholar Support Sessions, organized by the Center for Diversity and Inclusion. These sessions provide scholarship recipients with
- social and academic support,
- professional development, and
- opportunities to be involved with student organizations at Michigan Tech.
The goal of Scholar Support Sessions is to provide students with a supportive environment that fosters their educational and social growth.
