Each October, the Women’s Programming Committee hosts a campus-wide purple ribbon campaign for Dating and Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Faculty and staff across campus receive awareness ribbons to display for the month and information about on- and off-campus resources for victims of dating and domestic violence. Each awareness ribbon comes with a card in the center that contains statistics about the frequency of dating and domestic violence among college students.
