Peter Winegar, PhD, has dedicated his life to an academic career in chemistry. Laura earned her BS in Chemistry from the University of Costa Rica in 1991 and her PhD in Chemistry from Michigan Technological University in 1995. After graduating from Michigan Tech in 1997 with her Chemistry degree, Nawana Lawson went on to earn her masters degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
