Register now for the Fall Career Fair 2013, held on the campus of Michigan Technological University. Register before August 30, 2013, to be included in the Career Fair Guidebook, distributed to 3000+ students/alumni.

We provide a professionally printed "Career Fair Guidebook" that is distributed to over 3,000 job-seeking students/alumni and is available on our website prior to and following the career fair. The Guidebook provides a brief description of your company and is free with your registration. Prime advertising opportunities in this guidebook are also available for an additional fee.

Make sure the "top talent" students you come to recruit have your company in the forefront of their minds and their future career considerations by advertising in our far reaching guidebook. It's an easy way to increase awareness and the size of your footprint at Michigan Tech. Your advertisement shows students how much you're interested in them, in turn, peaking their interest in you. Start the buzz about your company - get people talking about you - be the company with the longest line at the Career Fair.

Companies advertising in the Fall Career Fair 2013 Guidebook should send digital artwork to Gina Goudge by Friday, August 30, 2013. All pictures will be printed in black and white along with the rest of the Guidebook. TIF files are the preferred format, PDF is also acceptable. All files should be 300 dpi. If possible, please plan to have your shipped displays arrive at Michigan Tech at least 2 days prior to the event. This will ensure that your displays are delivered directly to your career fair booth.

IMPORTANT - Please ensure packages display your company name.

Return Shipments must be properly packaged and labeled, including account number, and may be left at your company booth. UPS and Fed Ex will be notified to make scheduled pick-ups beginning on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, after 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 25, 2013.

IMPORTANT - For next day air return shipment arrangements, please contact Gina Goudge at gmgoudge@mtu.edu or (906) 487-2313 for details.

The Fall Career Fair 2013 will be held in the Student Development Complex (SDC). A shuttle will be provided to transport students from the Memorial Union Building to the Career Fair from 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
