Certificates
A certificate is a program of courses that provides a student with knowledge of a disciplinary or interdisciplinary subfield. At the School of Business and Economics, our certificate programs offer different options to expand your knowledge and develop new skills as you work toward your career goals. At this time, we offer an International Business Certificate (CIB) and an Industrial Forestry Certificate (CIF) to both degree-seeking and nondegree-seeking students.
Teacher Certificates
The School of Business and Economics, in partnership with Michigan Tech's Department of Education, offers programs leading to State of Michigan certification for high school economics teachers.
Minors
The School of Business and Economics offers a minor in economics. Our minor in economics program introduces students to basic concepts and more advanced topics in economics.
