DECA is an organization that creates an atmosphere for students to use their business skills in a competitive environment. Collegiate DECA is a student-driven organization that values competence, innovation, integrity and teamwork. We prepare students for careers by integrating skills learned in the classroom into real world experiences. We provide our members opportunities for personal and professional growth through leadership development, community involvement, and competitive events.
