Biography
David Orozco has been an Assistant Professor of Business Law since 2007. Prior to joining the School of Business and Economics he was a Research Fellow at the Center for Research in Technology & Innovation (CRTI) at the Kellogg School of Management. Professor Orozco's research and teaching focus on the competitive effects obtained by the management of legal rights and intellectual properties. His research has been funded by the Marketing Science Institute (MSI) and the National Science Foundation (NSF). His articles have been published by The American Business Law Journal, The Journal of Marketing and The Wall Street Journal. Professor Orozco is actively involved in The Academy of Legal Studies in Business (ALSB).
