The point of assessment practices is to check if the programs being offered are effectively preparing students to reach the expected goals. Evidence of student learning should then be utilized to make changes that ideally lead to improvement of both program and student attainment of goals.

Reported Changes in Assessment Reports (2015-2016):

In their assessment reports both Academic and Student Affairs departments made various changes as a result of their assessment practices. The following graphs show the number of departments making changes that have been grouped into different categories: changes to the assessment and data collection process, administrative changes (such as changes to committees), and curricular changes.
