The Biennial Meeting of the Association, including the election of Directors, shall be held at the call of the Directors or on petition of fifty (50) Regular members during each even numbered year. Fifty (50) Regular members shall constitute a quorum for the regular biennial meeting.
The calls for the biennial meetings shall be mailed to each Regular member at least sixty (60) days prior to the meeting.
Meetings of the Association for business or social purposes shall be at the call of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors shall hold at least two (2) meetings a year,the time and place to be decided by the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall meet at the request of the President or any two (2) members of the committee.
