As the policy-making body for the Michigan Tech Alumni Association, the Board of Directors work with the Director of Alumni Relations. The Director is employed by Michigan Tech and is responsible for the budget and other administrative functions. The Office of Alumni Relations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Association and has staff responsibility for carrying out its programs.
