SKYLINE (PG-13 for profanity, brief sexual content, intense sci-fi action): Fuggettit. The Brothers Strause (that's how they list themselves) haven't made a movie; they've churned out a whole mess of sci-fi special effects, loaded onto an uninspired cast, upped the volume and plodded through a storyline about invading aliens from Mars in slo-mo against the noisiest sounds ever conceived. These fellows don't seem to care about entertaining an audience; they are having too much fun (and chutzpa) to worry about us - and it shows from one stultifying moment to another, right on down to the final 93rd minute when it concludes, not with a bang, but a whimper. (Grade: F+)
