"Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction." - John C. Crosby
It's an ever-changing world out there but one thing is constant: Michigan Tech alumni and students share a rigorous academic experience and are well prepared to meet workplace challenges.
The Michigan Tech Alumni Association Mentoring Program allows students and recent graduates to connect with an alumnus/a in their field of interest to share their professional experiences via e-mail, phone, and visits.
The value students receive from alumni who share their knowledge is incalculable. Acting as a mentor provides alumni with a great opportunity to interest students in pursuing a career in their industry and profession.
